Initiate Your Request
Log into your Twentyfourseven account and select the order you wish to return to receive a printable shipping label and return authorization code.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging and include the return slip inside the parcel to ensure faster processing.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
